Jennifer Stevens joined Hall & Dixon as a member in April 2018. Jennifer’s practice areas include all aspects of Immigration Law, as well as Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defense. Prior to joining Hall & Dixon, Jennifer worked in the same practice areas at another firm in Charlotte.
Jennifer is extremely passionate about the families that are personally impacted by the current immigration policies that are in place. Her goal is to ensure that immigrants can stay with their family or be protected from the countries in which they flee.
In law school, Jennifer graduated at the top of her class and was the Senior Works Editor of Law Review. She was also a member of the prestigious Order of the Crown Society, a teaching assistant, a research assistant, for many areas of law, including Criminal, Constitutional, UCC Sales, and a student ambassador.
Jennifer attended the University of Alabama for undergraduate and studied Criminal Justice. She was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and was a frequent flier on the Dean’s and President’s list.
As a graduate of the University of Alabama, Jennifer is an avid football fan, and spends her time away from the office cheering for the Crimson Tide and the Cincinnati Bengals. She also loves exercising, spending time outdoors, watching sports, enjoying many local attractions, and traveling.
