Issa Hall is a founder and managing partner of Hall & Dixon. He has practiced law exclusively in North Carolina since 2014, and keeps a primary office in the heart of uptown Charlotte. His primary focus areas of law are Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. Issa has experience litigating complex cases ranging from complex felonies, DWI, and a variety of other criminal offenses. He has advocated for injured clients and successfully negotiated many settlements for clients against large insurance companies while obtaining many favorable results.
Issa is a strong believer in the Constitution, justice, innocence before guilt, and the fair application of the law to everyone. This is a theme that is pervasive throughout Hall & Dixon. Not only does he believe in aggressive representation for his clients, he also strongly believes in highlighting the importance of advocating for and earning a second chance for his clients.
Issa grew up in neighboring Union County, attending Weddington High School where he participated in football, track, and basketball. He then attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he obtained a degree in criminal justice and was a frequent member of the Dean’s List. After attending law school here in Charlotte, Issa began his legal career as a sole practitioner and later partnered with Ronard Dixon Jr., to form Hall & Dixon, PLLC.
Issa enjoys spending his free time being exercising and being active, watching sporting events especially the Carolina Panthers, and challenging himself with new activities.
